oaky so this is kind of personal

my husband was very understanding the last three months of my pregnancy about not being in the mood to have sex. why is it now that the baby is six months old that our sex drives are still so off. we both want it just rarely at the same time and when it is at the same time the kids seem to be awake why is that

  • no real reason really. you are both worn down, tired and stressed out, it isn't uncommon. it just depends on you. once routines are settled and sleeping is more regular you all should be able to have your fun time without a problem.

  • It takes a while to get back in a grove of things. Keep working on it and consider doing it when he's in the mood. You may not be in the mood but once you start things will fall into place.

  • That's completely normal - it takes a long time for sex to go back to the way it was pre-baby, if it ever does. Just one of the perks of becoming parents!
