Do you work 8-5 or 9-5?

This is for those who work OUTSIDE the home only. I'm curious what a regular work day shift is, 8-5 or 9-5. How long is your lunch?

I work 8-5 with a one hour lunch (tho sometimes I only take 30 minutes--I'm allowed 30 minutes at least).

  • My husband works 7-3:30 now while he's in training. Once out of training his hours will be all over the place.

I work Sunday nights from 5-9pm, no break but it's okay!

And how much of that do yo actually get a paycheck? What is your base pay? What is your OT?

Like I said, this is for those who work OUTSIDE the home, that actually get a paycheck for their time away from home. We all work 24/7 if you look at it that way, but we don't bring home a paycheck for when we're working in our home (well with the exception of those who have work from home jobs).
