Do you use butter or margarine?

Butter is high I brought some today and never noticed. I always get the country crock.....

  • I usually get Country Crock light unless I'm baking for something like Thanksgiving or Christmas. Nothing beats the real taste of butter though.

  • I use Smart Balance if it calls for butter, it's better for us and tastes great. I also cook with EVOO. If I'm making fried chicken I use peanut oil.. It can handle high temps..

  • I alway buy the cheap store brand butter....butter is butter, can't really screw it up so generic it is. I stock up on it when it is cheap and freeze it.
