Sleep....not so much.

I dont know what to do. I am very tired but I feel no urge to sleep. Completely exhausted, muscles tired, child goes to sleep easily at 9:30 every night but I am up until 2 am wondering why I cant sleep too!!! WHY!?

  • Stress? Too much caffeine too close to bedtime? Has it been a chronic problem or something new?

    Have you tried melatonin? Magnesium? These are natural sleep aids that might help.

  • what the PP said, and stay away from the computer & TV. the artificial light from the screen will keep you awake. Try reading a book or something, in bed.

  • A 30min workout would different do u I excercise every other night....and each night i exercise i fell right to sleep
    or try reading in bed...that works for me also.
