    you are most fertile for about 4 days in the middle of your cycle. Which "Should" be about 16-12 days BEFORE your period.

  • when YOU are the most fertile, get a monitor or opks

  • Get OPKs and also use your BBT to track your cycles then you will know when you are ovulating and most fertile.
