I'm so tired. what should i do?

i usually do about 20 minutes of yoga right before i go to bed. But with the recent change in schedule (school starting and all) i'm feel very tired tonight. Should i stay with the routine and just get my yoga done? Or should i just go to bed now to try to get an extra half hour of sleep?

  • i would go to BED!!! lol as for myself when i miss a workout...i put in double the time the next get some rest...and put in extra yoga two 20min

  • I would say take ten minutes instead of 30 minute to do yoga. You still relax.. but not as long as normal... not sure if that would work!

    but tomorrow is a jogging day for me so i will end up doing extra yoga anyways. ...i guess that settles it. Off to bed i go!
