  • Yes, I am drug tested to work which pays me. PA also pays so it should be the same.

  • Yes and no. I'm on public assistance and I would be happy to be drug tested. However, some kids wouldn't receive the nutrition they needed if their parent were. Some parents are on prescription medication that can pop on a drug screen, I don't think it would be fair to take public assistance away from people who are unable to work.

  • But, the parents who are drug addicts are ALREADY failing their children, and not looking out for their children's best interests! I think children who are being neglected as a result of drug addict parent(s) should be given to a family who is willing to put their best interests first!!

  • I think so. To get many jobs you have to be drug tested, why shouldn't people on PA have to do the same?

  • YES!!!

Absofrigginlutely. It'll suck for people who haven't done anything wrong, but it'll weed (pardon the pun) out the abusers.
