please help hubby didnt knwo the pan was hot

huby came home and was going to help me wash the dishes wll he grabbed the pan that i had just use because he though it wasnt hot so now its relaly butning him it doesnt look bad just turned red and he says it burns what can i do to make it better

  • Run his hand under cold water for 20 minutes, then dry apply Neosporin, and wrap lightly with a sterile gauze bandage. Continue to apply ice packs (ice in a ziploc baggie wrapped in a paper towel) periodically until the pain subsides and to keep the swelling down.

  • put his hand in cold water until the burning goes away,then have him wash it with soap and put on first aid cream and lightly wrap it.

  • Run cold water on it. Put it in a pan with ice and water. It's going to hurt for a while. You don't happen to have any silvadyne hanging around do you?

  • after the cold water put aloe vera on it that should help keep it cool

  • Have him run it under cold water for like 10 minutes cause it's still burning the skin then wait for about an hour or two and if it looks worse then he has to get it looked at.

  • Aloe Vera if you have any- You can also use anything you have for Sunburn; Like Solarcane(sp?-sorry!) it will help with the burning-
