  • 1 pound chicken breast, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 1 jar salsa and 1 can of either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken. Combine and cook on low for 8-10 hours. We usually eat it over rice, but it would be good in tacos or burritos too.

  • Square cut rump roast
    Can of Shroom Soup
    Packet of French Onion Soup
    Fresh Shrooms
    Some flour/salt/pepper

Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray. Coat roast in flour seasoned with salt/pepper. Heat up a skillet to med-high and brown roast on all sides. Set in crock pot. Toss fresh sliced shrooms in skillet and quickly sauté. Toss them in the crock pot. De-glaze the skillet with 1 cup of water, mix in the can of soup and the packet of soup. Mix well and pour into the crockpot. Set on low and off you go!
