  • As long as he has parental rights such as you do and he has no restrictions..he can take the baby to spend the night whereever he wants, just as you can.

  • Well is he the father? The way you make it sound it's just your baby? I'm sorry but I feel unless the father can be proven unfit he has just as much say over the baby as you and should have the right to spend the night with his baby....

  • If you trust him with your child then I dont see the harm. I think it would be a good thing that the father wants to spend more time with his child.
