can your Doctor tell you how big your baby will be? i just want to know..


shes saids because i am not very big for seven months along :( i dont see how she could tell i have eight weeks left..

  • They can measure in a few different ways. The two most common are when they measure the size of your uterus and a more accurate measurement is when you had your ultrasounds they took measurements that can estimate the birth weight of baby.

  • They gave me estimates when I would ask them. They were really close too! The only thing they weren't close about was how big her feet were. They said that she was going to have huge feet and her feet are the size of 3-6 month olds and she is 8 months. HA HA

  • they can do an ultrasound to give you an estimate, but that is all it is! My dd was born at 34 weeks and they said she was measuring to be almost 6 lbs.. She was only 4.9 lbs (tiny) So it isn't very accurate..
