baby poop?

My son has a very sensitive system as is. But he has had almost black poop the last two days. I had given him blueberries for the first time around that time. My first son had not had blueberries until recently and never had black poop. Could the blueberries be the cause of the dark color?

  • Yes. My daughters poo turned orange, green, whatever color all the time depending on what she ate =)

  • Yep, they can. If it persists, call his doctor.

  • Thanks. I'm only asking because he has had stomach problems since birth. A lot having to do with his poop. (Blood clots, constipation until his but bled, also Pyloric stenosis) I just wasn't sure if it was normal. Like I said my oldest never had black poop. But he never had blueberries either.
