What is the difference between a renters rebate and a property tax rebate?

And if I have land outside of the state and pay taxes should I get a tax refund of some sort???
There is a reason I ask this......

  • well either way the only difference I can see is that as a property owner, not renter, you get more back and income restrictions are higher. Was there something specific you were looking at, I do taxes in California and we having something similar.

  • I have always rented in Minnesota....always got a renters rebate in August....do landowners get rebates on the land they own as well?
