  • We don't have a schedule, but we do have a routine. In the summer, let the kids get up whenever they want, which is usually around nine, they eat, go outside to play, come in, have snack/watch some tv, go back outside, come in have lunch then nap, go back outside, have dinner, go back outside. Come in, watch a little tv, have dessert and off to bed.

Some of the outside time gets changed out with other activities.

  • I got nothing planned. Lunch or dinner with my honey! and probably go visit my grandparents today .. AND THEN THE SAINTS GAME TONITE!! Woohoo!! DD is already dressed in her Saint's Cheerleading outfit!!

I would post a pic of her in her outfit, but I don't know how to add one.

  • Oops, I didn't see the actual question .. LOL

We do have a routine, but we don't stick to it everyday b/c it depends on how my daughter feels.

  • not really a schedule. try to have a routine. its kind of unpredictable really. but usually its get up and have bottle with milk and watch tv. then breakfast. then get dressed and watch some more tv. then nap time. then if she goes to daycare that day i get her stuff ready for daycare and there is no morning nap. other wise i prefer the morning nap. at night time its usually dinner then bath then milk then bed. sometimes she plays in the screenporch before her bed time.

Answer by victoriamom2007 at 10:56 AM on Aug. 21, 2010

  • We have a loose schedule that we follow. I get up at 6 with hubby before he goes to work. DD15 gets up on her own and gets started on her daily assignments. I work with her on geometry and world history when she is ready. DD11 is forced out of bed by 8, has breakfast and is started working no later than 9. We have a lunch break between 11:30-12:30, whenever we find a good stopping point. Some days we are done with individual assignments by lunch time and will work on a group project after lunch. While the kids are doing on their own work I do web design and ebay work and work on the book. We have dinner about 6 and just hang out in the evenings. Bedtime is 10 for the kids and then I go over the next day's assignemtns and make sure things are ready. When I go back to teaching next month they will work on their own in the AM and I will work with them in the afternoons and move my computer work to the evenings.
