  • I'm over weight but have an active job (walk dogs, wrestle large dogs, carry heavy boxed/animals)
    Yesterday was:
Coffee an english muffin with PB & J
10 chicken nuggets and about 6 fries with coke
    3 triskits with juice
2 wheat tortilla's half a chicken breast about a 1/2 cup of Spanish rice and about 1/4 of an avocado with water
    Lots of water in between
    Thursdays was:
A small bowl of Honey Bunches of oats w/ milk
    1 hash brown w/ lemonade
    Skipped lunch
    4-5 small butter cookies (murry's) w/ water
1 center cut pork chop, 1/2 a zucchini in EVO, about a cup of prepackaged fettuccine (like pasta roni) with frozen spinach in it w/tea.

I think my biggest problem is I need to walk or something when I'm not a work...skipping meals may not be best either...

  • I actually have a list of what I ate in the last few days because I am trying to lose a few pounds and am currently restricting calories. Yesterday I had:
    breakfast: oatmeal and a banana
    lunch: oatmeal and watermelon
dinner: turkey sandwich on whole grain bread and a handful of almonds

    Thursday
breakfast: oatmeal and a banana, lunch: watermelon, almonds, pretzels, dinner: thin crust pizza and a greek salad

  • Why not join a calorie counting type website, such as everyday health, livestrong.com, or caloriecounter.com? These are free, and member's food journals are open for you to peruse!.

I'm on everyday health, let me know if you join, I'll friend you.

  • I eat very unhealthy.. as in, no where near enough food a day.. I'm overweight.. (by about 45lbs)

Yesterday I had.. a 1/4lb hot dog on a bun w/ ketchup, relish and onion.
I also had a few bites of a hamburger..

Day before that, I had a lean pocket, hamburger and some pasta for dinner.

    :(

I also drink a full serving of veggies a day in a v8 when I take my vitamin
