  • yes you can sleep on your stomach, don't worry - when it gets uncomfortable, you won't want to sleep that way anymore.

  • i agree, you can sleep on your stomach until it feel too uncomfortable to do so... you can get a body pillow to help you feel like you're sleeping on your stomach... i've heard several people say that they did that throughout their pregnancy

  • try propping a pillow under one leg to take pressure off your belly. This can help prevent the cramping in the am.

  • I slept on my stomach until after 30 weeks with all my kids.

  • Yep. If you aren't uncomfortable, you're fine... You'll know when it doesn't work any more...

  • You're perfectly fine. Get all the sleep you can now. When you're in your third trimester, any position you try will be uncomfortable.
