Warlocks in Court?

Okay, so this is a weird question with really no bearing on actual life... But it popped in to my head...

The term Warlock means "Oath Breaker" - so does that mean someone who purgers themselves in court would be a Warlock? Since they are under oath to be truthful??

  • My understanding is that the term refers specifically to practitioners of magick breaking their oaths. but it tickles me to think of the self righteous politicians as warlocks. he he:)
