  • She is throwing up because she is sick, or purposely?

  • I read the other question. She is sick, give her pedialite or gatoraid, in small sips only. Also chicken broth and a light chicken noodle soup is good. But don't let her eat too much at once. If she tolerates the soup, try some bland crackers and or bread.

  • Warm ginger tea with honey and lemon (no milk) will help settle her tummy. If you need direction on how to make it just send me a message.

  • Flat coke at room temperature. Only drink 1-2 tbsp every 5 minutes. It seriously works miracles!

  • Does your daughter have a FEVER? Any other symptoms? You need to start her with a CLEAR liquid diet, this includes any liquids that are clear (apple juice, gatorade, pedilite, broth, and so on). She must be able to tolerate this diet for at least 24 hours before trying any solids, and when you bring in solids it should only be crackers or toast (no butter). Just cont to follow the BRAT diet bananas, rice, applesause, toast. Make sure she does get plently of rest. However, we aren't there with you we don't know what else is going on so you need to make the decision of if your daughter needs to go to the doctor or not. Many stomach virus are going around but only you can decided what is best for your daughter.
