how can i get pregnant

i am trying and i cannot get pregnant been trying for at least 3 years

  • only way I know is by having sex. Have you consulted your Gyno about this?

  • Talk to your OBGYN. She might run some tests, such as an HSG test on you, and might run your SO's sperm count as well. Are you charting your ovulation?

  • RELAX and stop trying I know too many couples who tried and when they stopped stressing about it and "gave up" it happened.

  • You might have a blockage in one or both tubes. I'd consult a fertility doctor.

  • You need to consult with an OB/GYN. They can run tests on both you and your DH to figure out where the issue lies. Typically, if it takes longer than a year there is some sort of problem (most of the time it can be easily corrected, don't freak out!). Best of luck to you.
