  • My first indications is a great increase in what my little ones are eating. It seems to multiply like by ten, that might be exaggerating it a little bit but not much.

  • They want to eat and eat and they sleep alot. my 5 yr old is extremely picky but when he goes through his growth spurt he loves food and sleeps 13 hours straight. then when he is done he goes back to being picky and doesn't sleep so much. also it is normal to have bones ache, my girls went through alot of aches and pains during a growth spurt

  • Mine don't eat and are cranky and sleep. They have no interest in doing anything during the day. At night they cry and rub their legs arms and back then they say oowee a whole bunch :( its sad

  • All of my boys would sleep 9-12 hrs a day.
