How much sleep?

I am just curious as to how much sleep you get a night? I have been getting at most 6 hours a night. But I read your body needs at least 7-8 hours. Are any of you able to sleep that much?

  • Some nights I do good to get five- of course I am pregnant and uncomfortable.

    Other nights I get 10. My DH and I don't really have a set schedule of when we go to sleep.

  • I get about 8-9 total hours at night, but my 6 week old is still waking up once during that time so it's not continuous. I get about 6 hours of continuous sleep, and then another 2-3 hours. I also take a 1-2 hour nap during the day. (I have an autoimmune disease that causes extreme fatigue)

  • On average, about 6 hours a night...and it doesn't feel like enough, lol.

  • I get about 2-5hrs a night, every night and have been doing this for over 2 yrs now. Sleeping isn't something I can do well, anymore.
