  • Walmart lol. Old Navy has some great sales too. If you want to save money and have a lot of options where you live, I would shop around for deals because sometimes one store has a great sale and another doesn't and they switch off.

  • I usually buy all clothes at Walmart. They seem to be the cheapest around here.

  • Consignment shops and good will have really nice, barely used baby clothes for dirt cheap prices. Try the local flea markets. I've seen people sell huge bins worth of baby clothes for less than $10 a bin. I like Target and Macy's is having a great sale on now. I got some really nice outfits/sleepers/onesies for less than $40. JC Penneys has specials all of the time.

  • resale shops and good will for gently used stuff and wal mart for new stuff.

  • Thrift stores and consignment shops. Many times you can even find brand new items with the tags still on them for a fraction of the cost. We have found A LOT of 'gently used' clothing at fabulous prices while shopping at those types of places. Good luck! =)
