Does using a cell phone to track your older kids work?

How so? Seems like it would be easy to get one over on the parent

  • Kids will always try to be deceiving at one time or another, but being able to hear their voice I could tell more or less if something was not kosher.

  • I guess it would if the child did not know that there was a gps device on his/her phone. I don't see the need to spy on my daughter, though.

  • Yeah its seems like you could just leave it someplace your allowed to be and hope the parents don't call looking for you. And then check in using a friend's phone explaining you left your phone at their house by accident and lie about where u really are if its gonna get you in trouble.. In fact I could totally see my old teen self doing that.

  • My kids are 16 & 17... none of us have cellphones.... I would hope they would know to do the right thing.
