Waffle question

I got a new waffle iron and I want to make batches and freeze them for the upcoming first week of school. I have never done this, so I am wondering what would be the best way. (freezer bags, foil, wax paper, containers??)

  • I'd think maybe wrap them in some plastic wrap and then put them into freezer bags.

  • I use freezer bags. They never last long enough for freezer burn. LOL

  • I don't like plastic touching foods, so I put them in a glasloc container, and put the container is a big zipper bag.

  • We let them cool, freeze individually, then put in a resealable plastic bag.

  • Freezer bags, just like the bag says, freezer. Some times I even put addition freezer paper ard things if keeping any length of time.
