asthma./eczema flairs

We are moving, and both are flaring worse than they have in my entire life. My rescue inhaler isn't working right away, and the doc gave me antibiotics two weeks ago, saying I had broncitis. I didn't agree, but took the meds anyway. I'm not any better. is there anything I can do at home to bring the inflammation down?

  • hot fluids help keep things loose and moving and caffiene is a natural bronchodilator. When I have bad days and the rescue inhaler isn't working I drink lot of hot, black coffee. Dairy and carbonated beverages will just make things worse as they both will assist in mucus production.

  • I agree with layh! Your asthma and eczema is likely also flaring up due to the physical demands of moving and stress. Caffeine does a body good!! :o)
