Ok, I HATE black coffee!

will soy milk trigger the same mucus forming response as soy milk?

  • nope, but it doesn't add much flavor to it imho. Creamer and maybe lactose-free milk

  • I always used rice milk. It was a different flavor than cow's milk, but took the edge off the coffee's full flavor. The barista where DH works likes to steam the soy milk first.

  • Not that I have seen... I love Soy Milk and Lactose Free Milk, Creamer is killer on Lactose Intolerant people... I recommend the Soy Milk and wanna know my secret sweetener? Honey it is not the fake sugar that can cause problems and its not the regular fatty kind of sugar either. I am not dogging on either one of the other sweeteners either. OOOOHHH if you add a dash of Cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg...with the Soy Milk and the Honey oooo divine :)
