I am breastfeeding and my little girl is 4 months old, it seems like I am not producing as much milk?

I have only been letting down once a day, I am still feeding her 8,10 times a day, but I am begining to worry that I will stop producing for her

  • Just NURSE, NURSE, NURSE! That's the best advice that I can give. Is your baby overly fussy? Also, don't supplement with formula unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. A lot of people will tell you to supplement but as soon as you start doing that, the less milk you will produce. If you are concerned your baby isn't getting enough, you can call a lactation consultant. They can give you some great advice! Good luck!
