What program do people use to only make one part of an image have color & the rest black and white?

I prefer an over-the-net program and free, but I am willing to purchase a program if the price is not too high.

An example of what I am looking for is a picture of a field of flowers, but only one flower has color and the rest of the picture is black and white.

Thanks ahead of time for the help!

  • I use Paintshop Pro Photo X2 and photobucket.com! Photobucket is a good site that has a dynamic editor for basic photo edits. But I'm love using my paintshop. It can do so much and it's a lot of fun, but the learning curve is steep. Both have pros and cons but for a web quickie, Photobucket can't be beat!
