  • I would love to do both. My hubby and I have looked into being foster parents and hopefully we will be able to adopt that way. We just have to wait until we are somewhere more permanent. It might now happen until the hubby gets out of the Navy.

  • Give birth. There is no other feeling like giving birth to you child. Obviously some women can't, but I don't know of anyone who would choose adoption over giving birth is they were fully capable at least once.

  • Give birth, however if I was not able to or it would be risky I would def consider adoption. There are many children out there who need loving homes.

  • I would want to give birth but in the event that I cannot personally get pregnant, I would definitely adopt a child.

  • adopt, since i've already given birth to my amazing son.. I think adopting is great becaues there are soo many children out there that need someone to love them, someone to call mommy. If My hubby & I were in the right spot in life, I would so adopt a child around my sons age... or maybe even a little older.

  • Give birth and I have 3 times. We are seriously considering becoming foster parents when our kids get a little older, though.

  • Give birth because the child would be blood to me. There is something special about having your own, biological child.

However, adoption is a great option if you cannot, or should not, and I know some people who couldn't be any closer to their child, even if they were biologically theirs. And to not have to go through pregnancy (mine was horrible) would be preferable from that point of view.
