  • Take a ride in the car playing my favorite songs with my sunroof open and all of the windows down :)

  • Listen to music. I would go to the beach, but I live two hours away from Lake Michigan.
I sometimes go for a walk. Or do dishes. Throwing the silverware into the sink after you scrub them down is very theraputic. :D

  • Sleep! Or go to the beach and sit. The ocean is very calming.

  • Turn on some music and sing loudly. My kids don't care that I sound bad! I have kid's intruments that I put in a special place so that they are available for our, *ahem*, concerts.
