    Kerala Vegetable Stew (Indian)
    Goan style vegetable Curry (Indian)
    Thai Peanut Sauce
    Chicken Satay (thai)
    Chicken Tikka Masala (Indian)
    Basic Curry Chickenm (pretty much use it in any basic curry dishes)

  • My husband makes an amazing thai dish, beef curry with sweet peanut sauce, that we use coconut milk in. Other than that, if I'm making Asian food, sometimes I'll cook my rice with coconut milk instead of water. The rice comes out creamier that way.
