Online shopping and charging tax...

Why do some online shopping sites charge tax and some don't?

  • it depends on where they are located and even where you are located.
    States like Delaware do not charge sales tax, where PA does. Also, some states have laws that state that online states need to charge sales tax some say they don't. Even even some say if you live in certain states, they need to charge you a sales tax and send that tax to the state. There are so many different rules.
