For those with a garden.....

My DD put in a garedn this year and wants to know how to pickle banana peppers? Any ideas?

  • We have a garden but the only thing we pickle is cucumbers...using fresh grown dill from our garden and vinegar.

  • I quick freeze my peppers...cut them up clean them, put them on cookie sheet and place into freezer then put in freezer bags for use when I cook.
