  • It could be the beginning signs of thrush, which is like a yeast infection in his mouth. If you notice more spots like that, or the one there gets bigger, go to a doctor. You will be given some medication to spread around your babies mouth. Don't panic, it's not too serious as long as it gets treated.

  • Its thrush and he needs to go to the doctor because its common in bottlefed/paci babies because if the bottles or pacis are sterilized perfectly then they will get it. But, he needs to go to the doctor because it will spread from his mouth to his butt and that is painful for a baby. They will give you liquid stuff for his mouth and cream for his butt. Oh and not now but after its over clean the inside of his mouth with a clean washcloth about twice a day to keep it away. Sometimes that helps.

  • Thrush is a fungal infection that is common in babies because it thrives in the mouth and vagina. Because our hormones are so crazy during pregnancy and labor it isn't uncommon for it to get into the baby's mouth. Generally the body naturally fights it off, but because of the hormone imbalance sometimes babys can't so the best way be sure that is what it is, would be taking a visit to the doctor, home remedies include white vinegar on the pacifier. But before doing home remedies visit doctor for sure.
    :) Hope this helps!!

  • It could also be:
Epstein's pearls — These small, white, pearl-like spots appear on the roof of the mouth. These bumps are harmless and tend to disappear within a few weeks.
Bohn's nodules — These small, whitish bumps or cysts look like Epstein's pearls, but they develop on the sides of the gum ridge rather than the roof of the mouth.
Inclusion cysts — These small bumps appear along the crest of the gum ridge. They are harmless.
