Dr. Sears Alternative Vaccine Schedule?

My son is on this schedule and has his 1 year checkup tomorrow. I know the MMR was listed as one of the shots on Dr. Sears's schedule for him to get tomorrow (we are gonna wait till 15+ months) but I was wondering if anyone knew if there was another one? I had the chart and lost it and cannot seem to find it online.
