anyone else have this (TMI)

I just started ww I lost 10 lbs in a month. I am extremely regular always have been. I am experiencing spotting. Once last week and again today.
Has anyone else experienced this.

  • When I first started working out and eating better I started getting my period every 20 days. It lasted for about 4 months then went baack to normal. I think changing eating and exercise does affect our cycles. Hey good job on your weight loss!!

  • Actually, we bought a treadmill in July, I started walking about 5 times a week after previously doing nothing. After about 3 weeks of regular exercise I started spotting on and off (mostly on) for a MONTH!! It has finally gone away but I guess it was related to the change in lifestyle.

  • change in lifestyle, diet, stress, pretty any sudden change in your life can cause your cycle to go outta wack..but it does get back on track..so ya its completely normal
