Okay so a Lady came into where I work today and her sons name was Jathon.

Is it just me or does this name sound like Jason with a lisp. Am I saying it wrong? I just saw his backpack with his name and school written across it.

  • It sounds completely like Jason with a lisp. I don't get why people pick names like that!

  • I see what your first thought was that they took off the N in Nathan and just made it a J. I dont like names like that.

  • When my brother was little he had a lisp and my parents considered changing his name to a variation of it that he could pronounce properly. Perhaps that's what happened?

  • LOL I thought the same thing... lol Jason with lisp or trying to be overly creative which I find annoying.

To PP I was thinking the same thing with Afranee-Anthony. lol
