Healthy eating!!!

Healthy eating ideas!!!
I'm going to trying to lose 10lbs starting tomorrow; I need some healthy Ideas the healthy as I know is salad lame I know. = { I was looking at a article and it say that if you eat the same food groups over and over again you well hit a Plato (meaning you well stop losing weight just maintain your self at the same weight.)
So if you ladies have any ideas please do help thanks girl.
Sandwich to salad to anything that is healthy.
Lets see how many meals I can gather up.Thanks

  • broiled or baked chicken or turkey breast, no butter on vegetables, whole wheat pasta and breads only. No cheese. No soda, water is best, or clear unsweetened coffee or tea. 5 fruits and 5 vegetables a day. Or 5 vegetable servings and several fruit servings also.

  • You can cut out soda and drink water and that will help you lose 10 lbs.
