  • If you have not been lactating or nursing, leaking milk could be caused by a pituitary tumor. I would most defidently get it checked out by a doctor.

  • I did before I got pregnant & I wasn't sure, but my doctor said it was just a rise in hormone levels. Now, after I had Kenna, I still leak and I didn't breast feed. My mom still leaks sometimes, and she had her last child 16 years ago! Sorry if this isn't much help, but if you are worried/concerned, ask your doctor.

  • If you already have a child, you can still leak. My DD is 5 and I've been leaking small amounts ever since.

  • You could have a breast cyst. I have breast cysts and I usually leak a little bit of fluid once a month or so. It isn't much but it happens. If you are really concerned, call your dr.

  • It could be an infection of the milk ducts.

  • My baby boy is almost 3 and I produce more now than I did when he was breastfeeding. It's a thing, i guess.
