  • mono eating? you need protein for your brain and heart. I'd give you two weeks before you were doing some real damage...three weeks I bet you would need medical intervention for malnutrition...and 2 months before someone stepped in and started making your life hell~

  • Sure you can lose weight eating only one thing....but when you get tired of eating that same thing all day everyday, you will invariably gain back all of the weight you lost and then some. The problem with that is when you starve yourself, you also lose muscle mass. When you gain back the weight it will all be fat! Yo-yo dieting also taxes your vitals organs.

    The best plan is a healthy diet, regular exercise, and slow weight loss over time....that incorporates your favorite foods and desserts from time to time. Basically, a program that becomes your lifestyle! :o)

  • you cant just eat brocoli and stay healthy. just watch your portions and burn more calories than you eat, i lost 20lbs in about 4 months just like that.....then i got pregnant and cant lose more right now but thats how i will be losing again when the time comes.

    Really you can eat a balanced diet & lose weight.. You could even become vegan or something & get a good mix of fruits & veggies..
