It could also be metabolism- If you have a slow metabolism your body simply burns calories at a slower rate, meaning you shouldn't be hungry as often, depending on the size of your meal. I simply eat when I'm hungry. If I'm not hungry, I don't eat. So, if you're not hungry, there's nothing wrong! You simply aren't ready for more calories.

I agree with the ones that say maybe your digestive system is a little sluggish. Drink water if you can and get it working faster for you.
