  • You're most likely bloated and/or have gas.

  • whatever you had must have been a very heavy meal meaning somethinng similar to bread or potatoes or maybe you have poor digestion where your food isn't moving along fast enough. are you drinking enough fluids?

  • What did you eat? If I eat a lot of protein at a meal I will feel full for a LONG time. Like I went to my sisters house a couple of weeks ago and she served large hamburgers. I had one with half a bun and some veggies and I was still FULL 6 hours later. YUCK... I hate that feeling.

  • Drink a bunch of water and chew some mint gum, that should help.

  • It could also be metabolism- If you have a slow metabolism your body simply burns calories at a slower rate, meaning you shouldn't be hungry as often, depending on the size of your meal. I simply eat when I'm hungry. If I'm not hungry, I don't eat. So, if you're not hungry, there's nothing wrong! You simply aren't ready for more calories.

  • It sounds like you are bloated. I would take some gas x and drink some water.

  • I agree with the ones that say maybe your digestive system is a little sluggish. Drink water if you can and get it working faster for you.
