  • We're barely getting 40 hours, but if I did get OT, I would get time and a half.

  • thanks to WA state law anything over 40 hours in a week is time and a half. So I can work 10 hours in a day and not get paid overtime. It used to be anything over 8 hours a day was overtime but not anymore.

  • In CO it's only 40 hours/wk = overtime. And yes, usually it's time and a half.
