  • At 14 weeks, with 4 weeks being a month, you're 3 1/2 months.

  • Yeah, it gets confusing later when you're trying to figure out if you're counting lunar months or regular months. Because by regular months, a pregnancy is 9 months, but it's actually 10 lunar months. But you never hear anyone say they're 10 months along. Confusing!

  • I always counted backwards from my due date to figure out how many months. So if you're due on, let's say Jan1 (just for an easy example) then on Dec 1 you'd be 8 months, on Nov 1 - 7 months, Oct 1 - 6 months, Sept 1 - 5 months, and so on. I just did it that way because there are more than 28 days in most months and going by the '4 weeks to a month' rule it doesn't work out evenly.
