can I work 2 jobs?

I got hired by JCPenny as part time sales associate for 5 days a week but only for 25 hours. I am also planning on taking another job for 2 days. Is this legal? I am not quite sure. need ur advice.

  • 90% of the people I work with have 2nd jobs and the rest are managers who are contracted not to. As long as you didn't sign anything saying you wouldn't take another job, you should be able to. Good luck in your 2nd job hunt. Make sure you tell possible job #2 that you already have a job and would like to work both. Don't 'hide' them from each other, kwim

  • Yes, definately legal. A lot of people work two part time jobs so they have the pay and hours of a full time job.
