Toddler seat? Need advice

My toddler was in a front facing car seat. But she keeps taking her straps off. I try to disapline her but still no results. So I bought a booster for her. She seems to like it alot. She is about 30-35lbs so is that okay. She is only three but I am at my last nerve on this. She still tries to slip out of booster but she eventually quits when I get on to her. Better than she did with the other car seat. But I didn't know if I could get into trouble for it or not?

  • No you can't get into trouble, my kids were in boosters at that age and I never had any problems.
