  • I sacrificed all of my friends in California. I did not realize it until later though. When we were just dating & had no commitments, i went on a trip out there. I had a guy friend out there that i was really close & connected to. We were never physical with each other, not even once. But, neither of us can deny that there were strong feelings. Well, long story short, he learned that i hung out with this guy all week while i was out in Cali. He was so upset that i lied to him (i did lie, i told him there were no guys out here when there was). This guy is mutual friends with all of my Cali friends. When i married SO, i told this guy that i could not talk to him anymore, that i did not want anything tempting me away from my husband. Well, when i did that...i kind of gave up my other friends out there too. I have not been back to visit them in 4 years. Was it worth it? YES, i love DH. But, i will always miss my friends out there.

  • I would have to say my freedom. Before him I was loving the single life with no worries of having to deal with a man.
