  • I made this plan two years ago, yes I am losing weight. I have lost 28 pounds in 5 months. I eat right and follow a good diet. :) I am working on comitting myself to excercising more right now, but thus far my eating habits have helped a ton.

  • Well, I started after a big surgery at the beginning of the year. I've lost 25 pounds! I have much more that I'd like to lose, however. My system? I stopped drinking soda, increased my water intake by A LOT and have been regularly working out to a nice pilates video I bought. It is slow going, but I'm trying to do the whole "life change" theory rather than a diet plan. :-)

  • How many are ya planning or want to lose weight this year? As much as I can.
    And what are you welling to do to lose it? After my period is over Me & DH are doing a USANA RESET program for 1wk. Then we plan on going towards a Diabetic diet, eating healthier & working out daily together.
    And how much would you like to lose? I need to lose about 70lbs! (im 218 now. want to be anywhere between 130-150)

  • I'm doing twice a day workouts and eating as clean as possible. I track all my food and am working really hard. I only have maybe 10 lbs that I can lose, but I want to get toned!

  • Yes I really need to lose weight bad. I just can't get motivated to last longer then 1 week ={.
    So I want to see what the ladies out there are welling to leave; maybe that can help me to.
    I would like to lose 10 to 15 lbs.
    I am welling to leave the soda and cookies lol there are my weakness....
