  • It's the time we spend watching television with them, the time we spend reading to them, eating with them, putting them to bed, washing them, playing sports with them in the yard, the time we spend with them on our long commute to work and school.

  • To me, it's time where you're focused completely on the moment. It's time that you will remember, and truly enjoy.

  • Quality time to me is when you are actively engaged with your child in something. It can be anything from watching the clouds, to going to an amusement park. But it is when both you and your child are actively engaged in doing something together.

  • Its time that you spend together just the two of you where no one else can interupt or be intrusive..sometimes that can be considered as reading a book, watching a special show etc

  • I think that quality time is time where - no matter what activity you are doing - you are fully engaged with your child. It can be working in the garden, it can be reading a story, it can be helping with homework, it can be cooking dinner together, it can be just being together - as long as the child can tell that they are the focus.

  • Any time which is devoted entirely to the two of you (or whoever you are spending the time with) together. :) Not to chores, kids, etc.

  • Any time you are focused solely on another person without distractions (such as phone, computer, television)

  • To me it's when you're engrossed in the other person. Talking, cuddling, just spending time together soaking one another up.
