If you take a picture of someone's home or land and make a profit off of the picture, do you have to pay them anything?

Like if I was taking a picture of a field and a barn, then someone bought the picture (hasn't actually happened).

  • If said property is in view from a public road or another viewable access then you can take a picture. If you step onto said property and take a pic, then you need the property owners approval. Otherwise, you're fine Ansel Adams!
