    KInd of hard to tell from just one sentence... but....


    The law gives limits the number of different enforcement choices when the money owed is less than $2000.


    Meaning if the money owed is more than $2000 there are more ways to legally get it back. BUt if under $2000 there are a limited number of legal options.

  • It is either based on taxes that are in arrears or it could be the basis for how child support is calculated based on both parents income. I just did a copy and paste and Googled it and found several PDF reports.
